Peace. I wish to share this knowledge which i acquired by experience, with you. They may be hard to practice at first, but once you reap their fruits, you will be happier than the banal masses, God-willing. 1. Eat sahur. Then, dont sleep. Wait for dawn prayer. After that, dont sleep. You may read, pray, work, etc. If you must sleep wait till after Zuhr or Asr(better) prayer. If you follow this routine you will be very active as if you are not fasting. Your mouth will not even smell. Most of all, i think Allah Most High wants it this way. You see, sahur time is fixed close to dawn prayer and by the time you pray, the food inside you is still undigested. If you sleep with undigested food, it will rot in your stomach. Allah will not like that. 2. After you break fast, dont eat again. Eat your fill at that time then keep on drinking water as you like. 3. Chew your food well. Thanks to God.
